As founders of GS Ansell Property, we have over 35 years combined industry experience in the UK property market, having bought, renovated and sold properties in London since 2001.

Since 2001, we have been involved in purchasing, refurbishing and selling property. We have significant experience in the UK residential property market, along with expertise gained overseas in this sector. Our experience is demonstrated by our selective sourcing and the short amount of time it has taken us to renovate and sell each property. With the sale of every property, we have achieved the highest recorded sale price for the street due to our considered redesign, high quality of finish and presentation.

We have tertiary qualifications in Business Administration and Commerce as well as Diplomas in Design & Decorating and Internet Marketing. Alongside these are our individual specialisms in project management and quality assurance which we have obtained in the UK and overseas. Our qualifications and experiences have proved invaluable for us in the property market. With the intention of helping as many people as possible, we have also written The Property Handbook to share our experiences and learning.
