We offer three Property Mentoring Programmes aimed at first-time buyers and sellers to provide support in real time during the period you are dealing with the most expensive investments of your life.  The mentoring helps you to grow in confidence and make informed decisions.

Our Mentoring Programmes are unique because we offer one-to-one scheduled telephone consultations for all sessions.  This means you get the benefit of your Mentor being committed to you for your entire Programme. Your chosen Programme is structured according to what your needs are at the time; sessions can be further tailored depending on where you are within the property purchase or sale cycle.

Each Programme provides you with:

  • Information, knowledge, real-time guidance and recommendations based on our expertise and experiences so that you have the appropriate information to back up your activity.
  • Guidance to engage with the right professionals to help you from start to finish.
  • Advice and support to resolve issues throughout the specific phases.

All Mentoring Programmes are organised into logical components, with each created to make a genuine difference to you during your progression within the property purchase and/or sale phase. There are two separate property purchase-related Programmes (due to the complexity of purchasing property in the UK) and one Property Selling Programme.

While a number of our Property Mentoring Clients are local, our clientele also includes overseas property buyers and sellers wanting to understand how to conduct property transactions in the UK as the rules and regulations are complex and differ from international property transactions.  Effective mentoring for our foreign Clients means they are prepared in advance, especially if they are travelling to the UK to transact their purchase and/or sale. Mentoring also helps them to understand the various activities within a purchase or sale cycle, even when they are using our Consulting services and we are helping to source, buy and sell properties on their behalf.

Property Mentoring Programmes

Pre-Purchase Due Diligence Mentoring Programme

Addresses the planning and activities in readiness for purchasing a property.

  1. Confirming your strategy and planning and detailing your property requirements.
  2. Registering interest with agents and other professionals.
  3. Pre-purchase due diligence and starting your property search.
  4. Property suitability vs requirements.
  5. Preparation for purchase, including financial readiness and obtaining a mortgage in principle.
  6. Mentoring sessions will also include:
    • Discussions on progress, queries, challenges and priorities with advice on resolving issues.
    • Top Tips on due diligence and guidance on areas requiring clarity.

Property Purchasing Mentoring Programme

Covers activities directly related to purchasing property once planning is completed.

  1. Pre-offer due diligence and property viewing analysis.
  2. Constructing an effective offer to purchase, including personal situation.
  3. Making the offer and conducting negotiations up to acceptance of offer.
  4. Preparation for Exchange and Completion of Contracts.
  5. Completing the plan and starting the preparation for your move.
  6. Mentoring sessions will also include:
    • Discussions on progress, queries, challenges and priorities with advice on resolving issues.
    • Top Tips on buying property and guidance on areas requiring clarity.

Property Selling Mentoring Programme

Deals with the particulars of how to prepare, present, market and sell your property.

  1. Pre-sales due diligence, including engaging professionals.
  2. Property preparation, staging, pricing and marketing, including Assignment of Rights to Photographs.
  3. Advice on viewings, offers and conducting negotiations to offer acceptance.
  4. Preparations for Exchange and Completion of Contracts.
  5. Planning for your move.
  6. Mentoring sessions will also include:
    • Discussions on progress, queries, challenges and priorities with advice on resolving issues.
    • Top Tips on selling property and guidance on areas requiring clarity.

Mentoring Programmes – Structure & Price

  • Each Programme is conducted for 6 consecutive weeks.
  • Mentoring sessions are provided via a 60-minute telephone call once a week for 6 weeks.
  • The price of each 6-week Mentoring Programme is £1,297 + VAT.
  • All calls are scheduled as soon as purchase of the chosen Mentoring Programme is confirmed.
